Issuing a certificate to whom it concerns?
The following is required from those in concern:
1- come in person to the consulate and apply a written application to the Head of the Mission.
2- Current address in Germany and mobile number.
3- A copy of the ID.
4- A copy of the document of which a certificate is required.
5- The whole address in Qatar and contact number of authorized person.
6- Required Authorization's statement in Qatar.
7- Authorization fees EUR, mail fees, etc.
What to do if I lost my passport?
Procedure for the replacement of lost passport:
What is needed:
1- Passport application form (requested from)
2- A report to the police (where and when the passport was lost)
3- A copy of the passport if any found
4- A clear picture of the ID card
5- 2 new colored pictures ( 4.8*3.5) with head scarf for women and national attire for men without glasses nor colored eye lenses. The background should be grey and edited photos are not accepted.
7-Mailing fees, 4 EUR for regular mail or 15 EUR for urgent mai.l
8- A written request from the concerned person clarifying the circumstances of the loss of the passport and the desire to obtain a passport instead of the lost one to continue to stay in Germany with the reason (attach proof from hospital or university)
The application shall be sent by mail to the Consular Affairs Section, where it shall be examined and verified (personal presence in this case is better) to ensure that the application is not lost.
The above documents will be sent to the State of Qatar to obtain the required passport, and the time period for sending the new passport is from 3 to 4 weeks.
What to do to order a ticket for a newborn born in Germany?
The following is required from those in concern:
1- Original birth certificate.
2- A copy of the parents passports.
3- A clear copy of the parents IDs.
4- A copy of the marriage contract.
5- 2 new, colored personal photos (4.8*3.5), edited photos are not acceptable.
6- Travel document fees 14EUR (50QR) to be sent with the application.
Mailing fees, 4 EUR for regular mail or 15 EUR for urgent mail
8- A written request from the concerned person expressing their desire in obtaining the document.
The application shall be sent by mail to the Consular Affairs Section, where it shall be examined and verified.
The above documents will be sent to the State of Qatar to obtain the required travel document, and the time period for the reply is from 1 day to 3 days after which the required document is issued and sent to the concerned person.
What to do to renew my passport?
1- Passport application form ( requested from consulate)
2- Original passport of the concerned person.
3- Clear copy of the ID.
